23 December 2025 Keller Group plc   Transaction in Own Shares   Keller Group plc ("Keller" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Ordinary Shares") each through Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") as part of its share buyback programme, details of which were announced by Keller on 29 September 2025.
