Greencore does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. The International Securities Identification Number (the 'ISIN') for Greencore's ordinary shares is IE0003864109. Greencore has a sponsored American Depositary Receipts ('ADR') programme for which Bank of New York Mellon acts as the sponsored depositary bank. One ADR represents four ordinary shares of Greencore.
