Alfa Financial Software CFO to retire

(Sharecast News) - Software developer Alfa Financial Software said on Tuesday that chief financial officer Duncan Magrath had informed the board of his intention to retire at the end of 2026. Alfa Financial will now proceed with a search for Magrath's successor.

Andrew Denton, Alfa's chief executive, said: "I would like to thank Duncan for the guidance and support that he has provided me and our Alfa colleagues since he joined in March 2020. He has made a huge contribution over that time as Alfa has transitioned into a SaaS focused software and delivery company. He has built a team and processes that provide a strong platform for the future growth of the business.

"We wish Duncan a well-deserved and an enjoyable retirement after a long and successful career."
