Annual General Meeting The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 10.00am on Wednesday 4 February 2026 at the offices of Investec Bank plc, 30 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP.  In addition, the Company will be hosting an audio broadcast of the AGM to enable those shareholders who are unable to attend in person to listen to the proceedings.
