22 December 2025   Foxtons Group plc ("Foxtons" or the "Company")   Transaction in Own Shares   Foxtons announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback and cancellation programme announced on 8 September 2025 ("Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") through Singer Capital Markets.

  The purchased shares will be cancelled. After the cancellation of the shares becomes effective, the Ordinary Shares in issue, shares held in treasury and total voting rights of the Company will be as follows:
