Grainger plc ("Grainger" or the "Company") NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS Grainger announces that on 22 December 2025 it was notified of the following exercise of nil-cost options and subsequent sale of 5p ordinary shares in the Company to meet income tax and national insurance liabilities arising from the exercise of options by Rob Hudson (Group CFO).  Following these transactions, Rob is transferring 28,906 Shares to his civil partner Robert Driscoll, a person closely associated ("PCA") with him. The sale of Shares took place on 22 December 2025 at an average price of £1.81. Following these transactions, Rob's total shareholding is 289,483 and includes (a) Shares held by Link Market Services Trustees and held pursuant to Grainger's Share Incentive Plan (SIP); and (b) Shares held by his PCA.
