Unicorn AIM VCT PLC (the "Company") LEI: 21380057QDV7D34E9870 Portfolio Update   The Directors of Unicorn AIM VCT plc are pleased to confirm that further to the Company's announcement released on 28 November 2025 the net cash proceeds of the sale of Hasgrove Limited amounting to £66.2 million have now been received by the Company.  A further £22 million has been re-invested into the Newco to maintain an ongoing investment in the Hasgrove business.
