Secured Bonds due 2045 (together, the Bonds)   Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Bonds regarding the Stonewater Group's ongoing discussions with Porthove Housing Association Limited ("PHA"), a Registered Provider of Social Housing and community benefit society with registered number 16913R, and The Rotary Club of Hove Community Housing Society Limited ("The Society"), a community benefit society with registered number 15012R. PHA is a housing association with 44 properties in the Brighton and Hove area. The Society is a society with 53 properties in Hove. Due to continued due diligence, the current intention is for PHA and The Society to join the Stonewater Group via a Transfer of Engagements into Stonewater (5) Limited on or prior to 30 April 2026.
