The General Meeting will be held at 9.30 a.m. on 6 January 2026 at 1st Floor, 172 Drury Lane, London, WC2B 5QR. Full details of the proposals and resolutions are included in the Circular. Copies of the Circular (including the Notice of General Meeting) and the associated Form of Proxy are being posted to the shareholders today.
