    19 December 2025 GREENCORE GROUP PLC 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting       The Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of Greencore Group plc will be held at 9.30 a.m. on Thursday, 29 January 2026 at Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport, Dublin Airport, Co. Dublin, K67 T6P6, Ireland.   The following documents are being issued to shareholders today:   (i)         Letter from the Chair and Notice of AGM; (ii)        Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 26 September 2025; and (iii)       Form of Proxy.   Copies of the above documents will be available shortly on the Company's website at: https://www.greencore.com/investor-relations/shareholder-centre/shareholder-meetings/.   The above documents have been submitted to the UK National Storage Mechanism and will be available shortly for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.    For further instructions on voting by proxy, please refer to the Form of Proxy and Notes 5 to 7 in the Notice of AGM. Proxies must be received no later than 9.30 a.m. on Tuesday, 27 January 2026.   Shareholders may submit questions in advance of the AGM in writing, either by email to investor.relations@greencore.com or by post to the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Greencore Group plc,  Fourth Floor, Block Two, Dublin Airport Central, Dublin Airport, Co.
