19 December 2025 Staffline Group plc ("Staffline", the "Company" or the "Group")  Director/PDMR Shareholding   Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, has been notified that on 18 December 2025 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, sold and purchased 34,720 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £0.459 per Ordinary Share. Therefore, the notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited remains 34,972,456 Ordinary Shares. As a result of this transaction, there is no change in overall ownership of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, which represents 28.33% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.   For further information, please contact:
