  WH Smith PLC   The global travel retailer   19 December 2025    Board change   The Board of WH Smith PLC announces that it has received notice from Nicky Dulieu, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, of her intention to step down as a director of the Company at next year's Annual General Meeting which is due to be held on 2 February 2026.    Nicky is stepping down to focus on her other work and business commitments.   Annette Court, Chair, commented:   "It has been a great pleasure to work with Nicky.  On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank her for her commitment and contributions since she joined the Board in 2020."
