19 December 2025 Satsuma Technology PLC ('Satsuma' or the 'Company') Admission to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category   Satsuma Technology PLC (the "Company" or "Satsuma") is pleased to announce that, the Company's ordinary shares of £0.001 each (the "Ordinary Shares") have been admitted to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Admission became effective at 8.00 a.m. (GMT) today, 19 December 2025 Following Admission, the Company's Ordinary Shares remain registered under the existing ISIN GB00BMFCRZ80 and the TIDM remains SATS.
