BERKELEY ENERGIA LIMITED   NEWS RELEASE | 19 December 2025   Report on Payments to Governments   Berkeley Energia Limited ("the Company") and its controlled entities ("Group") provides its report on payments to governments ("Report") for the year ended 30 June 2025 as required under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") "Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules" ("DTR"). This Report had been prepared in accordance with DTR 4.3A in respect of payments made by the Company to governments in compliance with The Reports on Payments to Governments Regulations and its amendment in 2015. The Report details payments made to Spanish government entities (federal, local and municipal) by the Group's wholly owned Spanish subsidiaries for multiple mining and exploration licenses held as part of the Salamanca project. Further, due to the operational focus of the Group during the year ended 30 June 2025, the Spanish government is the only relevant party to whom payments are made.
