  Board Committee Membership Update   Dublin, London, 19 December 2025: Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or 'the Group'), the international group shaping the future of sustainable agriculture and land use, confirms that following the announcement on 11 November 2025 of the appointment of Mr John Hennessy as an independent non-executive Director and Chair-Designate, effective 1 January 2026, the following Board Committee changes will be in effect from 1 January 2026:   ·  John Hennessy will join the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee.   Following the changes noted above, the Board Committee membership will be as follows:
