  Arc Minerals Ltd ('Arc' or the 'Company') Management Change   Arc Minerals (LSE:ARCM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rémy Welschinger as the Company's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Rémy, who is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company will take up the role of Executive Director and CEO with effect from  2 January 2026.  Nick von Schirnding, current Executive Chairman will transition to becoming Non-executive Chairman of the Company, from the same date thereby ensuring an orderly handover process.   Rémy is President of Viridian Lithium SAS, an industrial company based in France. Prior to this, Rémy was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Arc and started his career working for Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley in commodities.   Nick von Schirnding commented: "I am very pleased that Rémy will be taking over as CEO as we chart a new course following Arc taking back control of what are widely regarded as some of the best copper exploration tenements in Africa."   For further information contact:
