Transaction in own shares - 18 December 2025

 





On 18 December 2025, the Company repurchased 22,791 Ordinary Shares of USD 0.01 each in the capital of the Company designated as US Dollar shares (the USD Shares) at a price of GBP 4.532480 per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.





Following this, the total number of treasury shares held by the Company is 9,507,566 USD Shares and the number of shares in issue less those shares held in treasury is 128,492,307 USD Shares.





From 18 December 2025, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 128,492,307. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
