Beeks Financial Cloud secures multi-year exchange cloud contract

(Sharecast News) - Cloud computing firm Beeks Financial Cloud has signed a multi-year exchange cloud contract with nuam, the regional holding company that integrates the stock exchanges of Santiago, Colombia, and Lima. Under the terms of the revenue share agreement, Beeks will deploy its exchange cloud infrastructure to support both domestic and international clients onboarding onto the exchange's trading ecosystem across Chile, Colombia amd Peru.

Beeks said the service was expected to go live in the third quarter of 2026, with revenue recognition set to commence shortly thereafter, increasing the company's contracted, multi-year, recurring revenue base.

The AIM-listed firm also noted that the agreement marked the seventh exchange to adopt its exchange cloud offering.

Chief executive Gordon McArthur said: "nuam's creation represents a significant development for capital markets in the region, and we are proud to partner with them as they pioneer a unified regional market across Chile, Colombia and Peru.

"This win reinforces the appeal of our Exchange Cloud offering and the progress we are making across the exchange ecosystem as they look to modernise their trading environments. We remain confident for the future, supported by continued growth in our recurring revenues and a robust pipeline across each of our offerings."
