Director dealings: Tandem director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Tandem revealed on Monday that non-executive director Simon Bragg had acquired 15,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed sports and leisure retailer.

Bragg, who joined Tandem in October 2024, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 187p, for a total value of £28,050.

Following the transaction, Bragg now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 1.02m ordinary Tandem shares, representing 18.6% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1530 BST, Tandem shares were down 2.10% at 184.55p.
