Permira given extension on JTC offer as talks continue

(Sharecast News) - Permira has been given another month to make a firm offer for corporate services firm JTC as talks between the two boards continue on a fourth revised offer valuing the company at around £2bn. Shares in the fund solutions provider surged earlier this month after JTC confirming it had also received a proposal from Permira rival Warburg Pincus.
