Director dealings: Renishaw reports director-linked estate share disposal

(Sharecast News) - Renishaw revealed on Wednesday that Josephine Lanyon, a person closely associated with non-executive director Richard McMurtry, had disposed of nearly 9,000 ordinary shares across two separate transactions. Lanyon, who made the disposal as an executor of her late father Claud Lanyon's estate, sold 8,974 ordinary shares at an average price of 3,550.21p each, for a total value of £318,595.86.

As of 1530 BST, Renishaw shares were down 1.53% at 3,545p.
