Director dealings: Primary Health Properties CFO snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Primary Health Properties revealed on Friday that chief financial officer Richard Howell had acquired 70,745 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed real estate investment trust. Howell, who was appointed to the board of PHP in March 2017, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 96.12p each, for a total value of £68,000.73.

Claire Murphy and Myles Howell, PCAs of Primary Health Properties' CFO, also snapped up PHP shares on Thursday, with Murphy purchasing 20,849 for a total of £20,033.89 and Howell picking up 9,389 for a total of £9,024.79.

As of 1530 BST, PHP shares were up 0.16% at 96.30p.
