Director dealings: Intercede CFO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Intercede Group revealed on Monday that chief financial officer Nitil Patel had acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed cybersecurity software firm. Patel, who joined the board of Intercede in 2001, purchased the shares at an average price of 38p each, for a total value of £190,000.

Following the transaction, Patel holds a beneficial interest in 560,097 ordinary Intercede shares, representing approximately 0.92% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1530 BST, Intercede shares were up 0.53% at 112.09p.
