        STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT     JPMORGAN GLOBAL GROWTH & INCOME PLC     PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES INTO TREASURY   Legal Entity Identifier: 5493007C3I0O5PJKR078     JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the "Company") announces that it has today repurchased 500,000 of its own ordinary shares into Treasury at a price of 564.15 pence per share.   Following the transaction, the Company holds a total of 32,870,581 of its ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the Company's total issued share capital, excluding the total number of shares held in Treasury is 549,018,440.
