  10 March 2026   Metals One Plc ("Metals One" or the "Company")   Disposal of partial interest in Fulcrum Metals Plc   Metals One (AIM: MET1, OTCQB: MTOPF), a critical and precious metals project developer and investor, announces it was approached to sell a block of 4,500,000 shares in Fulcrum Metals Plc (AIM: FMET) ("Fulcrum") for £0.45 million representing approximately a 173% profit on the Company's weighted average share purchase price. Metals One's made its first investment in Fulcrum in July 2025. Following the sale, Metals One holds 4,250,000 shares in Fulcrum, representing approximately 2.99% of Fulcrum's issued share capital, in addition to 1,458,334 warrants with an exercise price of 10 pence expiring in July 2027.   Daniel Maling, Managing Director of Metals One, commented:   "We are pleased with the progress Fulcrum is making in advancing its projects in Canada.
