10 March 2026 M&C SAATCHI PLC (the "Company" or "M&C Saatchi") Transaction in Own Shares The Company announces that on 9 March 2026 it purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of one pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 125 pence per Ordinary Share from its corporate broker, Panmure Liberum Limited, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 9 March 2026 (the "Share Buyback Programme"). Following settlement of the Ordinary Shares purchased above, the Company will have 122,718,435 Ordinary Shares in issue of which 485,970 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 122,232,465. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 which is part of English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual trades made as part of the Share Buyback Programme.
