AJAX RESOURCES PLC ("Ajax" or the "Company")    Director's Dealing and Holding   Ajax (AQSE: AJAX) the natural resources investment company, announces that its CEO, Ippolito Ingo Cattaneo, yesterday purchased 264,146 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").     Mr Cattaneo's total interest is now 19,402,177 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 16.28% of the issued Ordinary Shares (inclusive of the issue of new Ordinary Shares announced yesterday).        In addition, Mr Cattaneo has been assigned 1,874,500 existing options to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares at 4 pence per Ordinary Share, expiring on 7 April 2027 (the "Options").  The Options were granted on the Company's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 7 April 2022.      -  ENDS - Further Information:
