  NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR")   INQO INVESTMENTS LTD (the "Company") has been notified that on 6 March 2026, Dr KS Tan, Chairman of the Board, transferred 133,070 ordinary shares of R5 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his ISA and SIPP by the sale of 133,398 and purchase of 133,070 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 45.025 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Dr KS Tan will hold a total of 5,834,761 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 35.6% of the Company's issued share capital of 16,371,631 Ordinary Shares.
