C&C taps Adam Phillips for CFO

(Sharecast News) - Drinksmaker C&C Group announced on Thursday that Adam Phillips has been appointed as chief financial officer following "a thorough independent search and selection process". C&C Group said Phillips, who was expected to join the company in April, has served as CFO of Headlam since March 2023. Prior to this, he was group financial controller at Mobico Group from 2019 to 2023.

Chief executive Roger White said: "We are delighted that Adam is joining our business. He has a highly relevant skill set and will further build the capabilities of the leadership team. I have every confidence that Adam will make an immediate impact as well as an important long-term contribution to the business."

As of 1000 GMT, C&C shares were down 0.60% at 112.92p.
