31 December 2025 Foresight Solar Fund Limited (the "Company" or "Foresight Solar")   Total Voting Rights   In conformity with DTR 5.6.1R, Foresight Solar Fund Limited announces that, as of 31 December 2025, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 609,958,720 Ordinary Shares.   The Company holds 59,719,513 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
