  AO World PLC (the "Company") Total Voting Rights   In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 the Company announces that, as at 31 December 2025, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 574,615,840 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares").  No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in AO World PLC as at 31 December 2025 is 574,615,840 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
