CVS, the UK's listed veterinary group and a leading provider of veterinary services, announces that, as of 31 December 2025, following cancellation of the Ordinary Shares purchased pursuant to the Company's share buyback programme (announced on 24 October 2025) prior to the date of this announcement, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 70,711,273 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares").
