UPON THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT, THIS INSIDE INFORMATION IS NOW CONSIDERED TO BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN     Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster', the 'Group' or the 'Company')   Annual Accounts Timetable and Upcoming Trading Suspension   Westminster announces that, due to timing constraints, the Company's Audited Annual Report and Accounts for the Year Ended 30 June 2025 (the "2025 Annual Accounts") will not be finalised by 31 December 2025 and therefore in accordance with the AIM Rule 19, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be temporarily suspended from 7.30am on 2 January 2026.   As already notified in the AGM notice sent to shareholders on Thursday 4 December 2025, a separate general meeting will be held in the New Year with a resolution for the approval of the Report and Accounts. The Company will apply for the trading suspension to be lifted following publication of the 2025 Annual Accounts, which is expected early in the new year.   Updates on Various Financing initiatives   The Company advises of advanced discussions with a strategic investor with substantial business activities in Africa and the Middle East who has expressed an indicative interest in making a significant investment in Westminster and to collaborate on business opportunities. The Board anticipates the regional expertise that the potential investor has to be of considerable benefit as opportunities within the territories continue to develop.   In addition, the Company advises that it is in the final stages of negotiating a significant offshore banking facility for project financing.   Further updates will be made as and when appropriate. ​   For further information please contact:
