    29 December 2025   Crystal Amber Fund Limited ("Crystal Amber Fund", the "Company" or the "Fund")   Transaction in Own Shares and Change to Total Voting Rights   The Board of Crystal Amber Fund Limited announces that, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 2 December 2025, on 24 December 2025 the Company purchased 60,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.13. These shares will be cancelled.   In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), the schedule at the end of this announcement contains detailed information about the individual purchases made by Winterflood Securities on behalf of the Company as part of the buyback programme.   Total Voting Rights     Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue at today's date is 84,623,762 and following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares by the Company is 24,145,262, (which includes 7,626,500 shares purchased by the Company which are pending cancellation).
