("the Company") Total Voting Rights In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1AR, the Company notifies the market that as at 23 December 2025: 1.   The Company's issued share capital comprised 14,689,319,502 ordinary shares of EUR 0.50 each, each with one vote.
