22 December 2025 VISUM TECHNOLOGIES PLC ("Visum" or the "Company") Board changes Visum Technologies Plc (AQSE: VIS), a technology company with a focus on the leisure sector and innovative workspaces and workspace technology, announces a change of roles on the board. Marc Dixon will step down as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 31 December 2025 to pursue other opportunities but will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Non-executive director, Paul Kennedy will become CEO from 1 January 2026.
