LendInvest plc   PDMR Notification   LendInvest plc (LSE: LINV) ("LendInvest" or the "Company"), the UK's leading platform for mortgages, has been notified that Ian Thomas, Chief Investment Officer and PDMR, and Christian Faes, Non-Executive Director and PDMR, have each sold 125,000 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.33 per share. The Ordinary Shares were held and sold by Ian Thomas and Christian Faes' wholly owned companies, Kilford Investments Limited and Faes & Co Holdings Sarl respectively.   The shares were sold to enhance liquidity in the Ordinary Shares and for financial planning and tax reasons.   Following this transaction, Ian Thomas holds 39,748,312 Ordinary Shares and Christian Faes holds 37,255,912 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.8% and 26.1% respectively of the issued share capital of the Company.   Formal notification is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
