Director dealings: Cavendish chair raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Cavendish revealed on Thursday that non-executive chair Lisa Gordon had acquired 450,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed financial services firm. Gordon, who took over as chairman in September 2023, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 9.60p each, for a total value of £43,200.

Following the transaction, Gordon holds a beneficial interest in 1.56m ordinary Cavendish shares, representing 0.41% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1545 GMT, Cavendish shares were up 6.84% at 10.15p.
