18 December 2025 Baltic Classifieds Group PLC   (the "Company")   Correction: Baltic Classifieds Group PLC Transaction in Own Shares   The Company announces a correction due to an administrative error to the announcements made between 12 to 17 December 2025 relating to transactions in own shares.   In each of the original announcements (RNS numbers: 2880L, 5476L, 6588L and 8427L), the transaction price column within the individual transaction tables was labelled as "Transaction price (pence per share)", indicating prices in pence, but the figures listed represented pounds sterling, not pence.   All other information disclosed in the announcements, including the transaction prices stated outside the individual transaction tables, remains accurate and unchanged.
