Domino's CEO steps down with immediate effect 'by mutual consent'

(Sharecast News) - Domino's Pizza said chief executive Andrew Rennie was stepping down by mutual consent with immediate effect. Chief operations officer Nicola Frampton has been appointed as interim CEO until a permanent appointment is made, the company added on Tuesday.

Frampton is also an independent non-executive director of Frasers Group and her experience prior to Domino's includes serving as UK retail managing director at bookmaker William Hill.
