Director dealings: Kromek non-executive director snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Kromek revealed on Monday that non-executive director Matthew Boyle had acquired 285,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed global detection company. Boyle, who was appointed to the board in October, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 6.74p each, for a total value of £19,209.

As of 1430 GMT, Kromek shares were up 2.61% at 6.88p.
