SIPPs

Take control of your retirement with a Self-Invested Personal Pension.

What are SIPPs?

A Self-Invested Personal Pension or SIPP allows you to take control over your pension and ultimately the funds you will have available in retirement. You can invest it yourself or take advantage of our Investment Management services and have it invested either on a discretionary or advisory basis. The fund will be invested in line with objectives and risk levels that suit you at your stage in life.

What are the benefits?

  • Control - over who manages the fund, how it is invested and how this changes as your lifestyle changes.
  • Flexibility - over contribution amounts and frequencies, benefit options and investments.
  • Transparency - over what your fund is invested into and how much you are paying each party for the services they provide.
  • The Redmayne-Bentley SIPP is low cost.

What are the risks?

Pension transfers are very complex. A SIPP may not be the most suitable type of account. You should seek advice from a qualified pensions adviser. Redmayne-Bentley is unable to provide Pensions advice.

How much does it cost?

The Redmayne-Bentley SIPP is simple and low cost, with quarterly administration charges as low as £20 per quarter. It is available directly to individuals through Sippdealxtra*, or alternatively Independent Financial Advisers can apply on behalf of their clients through Sippcentre*.

In both cases the application can be made online and the annual charge reflects the lower associated administration costs. All SIPPs can take advantage of Redmayne-Bentley's three levels of service ~ execution-only dealing and advisory or discretionary investment management.

  • For further details of the Sippdealxtra SIPP (including the risks involved and charges) please refer to the Key Features and Charges sections on the Sippdealxtra website.
  • For further details on Sippcentre for Independent Finacial Advisers, please see the Intermediary section of this site.

We can also provide execution-only and advisory dealing services and discretionary portfolio management for SIPPs, SSASs and other pension arrangements opened through most other pension trustees and administrators. These may especially be more suitable if you also have property in your SIPP since Sippdealxtra does not allow property investment. Charges for these plans will vary. For a list of pensioneer trustees please visit the Association of Member-Directed Pension Schemes http://www.ampsonline.co.uk/?q=MembersMap.
