INPP ups stake in Wolverhampton project

International Public Partnerships (INPP) has acquired an additional interest in the Wolverhampton Building Schools for the Future project and will commit a further £1.536m to acquire Carillion Private Finance's 8% indirect investment in each of phase I and phase II of the scheme.

This latest deal will take the Company's existing 82% investment in the Project to 90%.

At 1:24pm: (LON:INPP) International Public Partnership Ltd share price was +0.55p at 156.95p
