Sophos agrees to acquire Invincea

Sophos has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the commercial software products business of Invincea Inc from its existing shareholders for $100m plus a $20m earn-out.

The deal of Invincea extends and consolidates Sophos' lead in the rapidly growing next-generation endpoint market, which many industry analysts expect to materially enhance both the size and growth rate of the overall endpoint market.
