BlackRock Income Strategies unveils changes

BlackRock Income Strategies Trust has announced a series of changes following the change of name from British Assets Trust.

BlackRock Income Strategies has appointed BlackRock Fund Managers as the company's alternative investment funds manager in place of F&C Investment Business.

BlackRock Investment Management (UK) has been appointed as company secretary in place of F&C Investment Business and BNY Mellon Trust & Depositary (UK) has been appointed as the company's depositary in place of J.P. Morgan Europe.

The registered office of the company has been changed to Exchange Place One, 1 Semple Street Edinburgh EH3 8BL (previously 80 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 3BU).

In line with the company's change of name, which was announced yesterday, the TIDM has changed to BIST (previously BSET). At 9:39am: (LON:BIST) share price was +135.88p at 135.88p
