Avation eyes new customer for repossessed aircrafts leased to Thomas Cook Airlines

Aircraft leasing company Avation confirmed two Airbus A321 aircraft leased to the now collapsed Thomas Cook Airlines had been repossessed and would marketed and delivered to another airline in due course.

‘These two Airbus A321 aircraft are relatively new at approximately 3.5 years old and in our view are in superb condition,’ said Jeff Chatfield, Executive Chairman. ‘They will be marketed globally in a state fresh from a 2C airframe check and we anticipate them being in high demand amongst airlines.’
