IP Group says Ceres Power and Doosan sign £8m collaboration agreement to develop power systems for Korean market

IP Group said portfolio company Ceres Power and Doosan signed £8m collaboration and licensing agreement over two years to jointly develop power systems initially targeted at the Korean commercial building market.

The agreement included licencing, technology transfer and engineering services. Doosan would take a system-level licence of Ceres' proprietary SteelCell solid oxide fuel cell technology to develop a low carbon 5-20kW power system

IP Group currently held an 18.8% in Ceres.
