Panthera Resources court case in India delayed

Panthera Resources said a court case regarding its activities in India had been rescheduled after it failed to reach a court roster.

The case was related to the government of Rajasthan's decision to reject a prospecting licence for joint venture including Panthera Resources.

'The writ petition was listed for yesterday but did not reach the roster before the court session ended,' Panthera said.

'This matter will now be rescheduled by the court.'

At 9:46am: (LON:PAT) Panthera Resources Plc Ord 1p share price was -3.55p at 10.25p
