Cornell-Dubilier Electronics to licence two of CAP-XX patents as part of settlement agreement

CAP-XX said Cornell-Dubilier Electronics would licence two of the company's patents on a non-exclusive basis as part of a settlement agreement.

The settlement agreement comes after CAP-XX took legal action against CAP-XX for infringing on the company's patents. Cornell-Dubilier Electronics, or CDE, is a US-based privately owned capacitor manufacturer with over 35,000 customers worldwide.

The royalty rate to be paid to CAP-XX was in line with the royalty rates applicable to other licence agreements with third parties.

At 9:53am: (LON:CPX) CAPXX Ltd share price was +1.25p at 5.2p
