ADM Energy Stefan Olivier to step down as Chief Executive Officer

ADM Energy announced that Stefan Olivier is to step down as Chief Executive Officer.

The company said its current Chairman Richard Carter would become Interim Chief Executive Officer once a new Chairman had been appointed.

Olivier will remain with the company until a new Chairman is found to oversee an orderly handover, the company added.

The company also announced that His Highness Shaikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Al Maktoum, had been appointed President of ADM Energy in a non-Board role, to 'help leverage his network and bring new opportunities and contacts to the company'.
